Square 54 Passes First Phase of Approval

GW announced that the D.C. Zoning Commission approved the first part of a three-step Planned Unit Development to redevelop Square 54 Monday evening. The plan for the site of the former GW Hospital includes retail, office, and residential space. Check back with The Daily Colonial for updates on the approval and decision-making process.
