Kalb to Host Pulitzer Prize Winners
Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists Seymour Hersh and Dana Priest will join fellow journalist Marvin Kalb on Monday, April 14, at the National Press Club to discuss the art of investigative reporting. Hersh is known for his uncovering of the Abu Ghraib prison scandal in The New Yorker in 2004 and has won many awards over the last 30 years for his investigative journalism. Priest, an investigative reporter for The Washington Post, was responsible for breaking the Walter Reed Army Medical Center scandal last year, as well as CIA intelligence deficiencies. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and is open and free to the public. Tickets are available at kalb.gwu.edu.
