In the world of college newspapers, "daily" usually means 4 to 7 times a week - in the world of professional newspapers, it usually means at least six days a week. Some of the best college newspapers do five days a week. Six is something of a rarity.

The Daily Colonial publishes six days a week - five normal days and a weekend edition. That's definitely "daily," so I'm not sure exactly what you mean.</description>
